Learn how to track and manage your challenge progress effectively

Accessing Progress Tracking

Once you've joined a challenge, you can access your progress tracking page to monitor your daily tasks and overall performance.

How to Access Progress Tracking

  1. From Challenge Page: Click "Track Progress" or "View Progress" button
  2. From Dashboard: Navigate to your dashboard and find active challenges
  3. Direct URL: Use the progress tracking URL provided when you joined
  4. Bookmark: Save the progress page for easy daily access

Completing Daily Tasks

Each day, you'll see a list of tasks that need to be completed. The interface makes it easy to mark tasks as complete and provide any required information.

Task Types

  • Checkboxes: Simple click to mark complete
  • Number Inputs: Enter quantities (reps, sets, minutes)
  • Text Responses: Write reflections or answers
  • Media Uploads: Photos, videos, or files
  • Surveys: Select from multiple choice options

Uploading Media & Files

Many challenges require you to upload photos, videos, or other files as proof of completion or for feedback purposes.

  • JPG, JPEG, PNG formats
  • Recommended: 1200x800px
  • Max size: 10MB per file
  • Good for progress photos

Videos

  • MP4, MOV, AVI formats
  • Recommended: 1080p or 720p
  • Max size: 100MB per file
  • Good for form checks
